I am amazed at how much you have improved your photography skills over this last year, I can tell that you have the "photographer's eye" for a well balanced and composed picture. It is SO good to hear from you. How is TX? It must still be somewhat warm (HOT!) down there - compared to here, that is! :)

Yes, I did take the picture. We have a park reserve about 30 minutes from our house and I lingered behind the rest of the family to get this shot - I'm always getting behind when when it comes to nature walks!:)

The weather down here in Houston is nice-WE think it's cold! :) But we don't have any snow and sweaters and boots begin to get hot by the afternoon. :)

I know exactly what you mean about nature trails. I am ALWAYS lagging behind-that's how I learned to walk so fast-even when I run ahead to take a picture of something I still get behind. For some reason, after a casual walk through the park, I'm the only one panting for breath! :D
