Family Group

     Last Wednesday was Family Group.  We met at the Alzen's home this time and consequently, the worship was very lively and upbeat (for those of you who don't know, the Alzen family has their own gospel bluegrass band). 

     It is such a joy to be with friends,  not only friends, but fellow believers. These friends are brothers and sisters in CHRIST.  Now that's amazing! Praise the LORD for His wondrous work of salvation in the lives of His people!  I am so grateful for the friends that the LORD has placed in my life.

After the worship and prayer time, we played spoons and had so many people that two decks of cards were needed!  It is wonderful to have so many good friends to play, talk and laugh with.  I and my family are so blessed!

I just HAD to include this picture to show you Texans how cold it gets up here in Minnesota - and that's not even the worst of it!  There's the wind too.
